ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Join our Local Council based in Sydney. Be part of a newly created project team of experienced Customer Service Officers to assist in the rolling-out of Council's new Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) program.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Start ASAP, an initial 3-month full-time contract that may lead into more opportunities with Council. As the resolutions team for the FOGO project, your team will attend the volume of enquiries by the community, including enquiry escalation and general support.
This role will be based in the office full-time. Please be advised that we cannot consider any applicants who have leave planned during this time.
DUTIES.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding Council's FOGO program
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to email correspondence & customer requests
- Carrying out relevant projects and clerical duties as advised by the Manager Customer Experience
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Experience in a customer service role with Local Council (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact centre and customer service
- Experience using Pathways system (preferred)
- Exceptional level of customer service & communications skills
REMUNERATION.
$40 - $45 p/h + Super
