ABOUT THE ROLE.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of electrical building services projects from early design through to delivery. You’ll be responsible for coordinating designs, ensuring systems are practical, compliant, and aligned with project objectives. The position also involves working closely with clients, contributing to technical decisions, and reviewing designs.
DUTIES.
- Electrical design - building services
- Site visits and client management
- Monitoring project plans and circuit diagrams
- Ensuring compliance that projects meet safety regulations
- Monitoring budgets to ensure project costs stay within range
- Liaise with stakeholders and consultants
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Previous Building Services design experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in software AGI32 and Dialux
