ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this role, you’ll contribute to diverse building services projects from early design stages to delivery. You’ll be responsible for coordinating designs, ensuring systems are practical, compliant, and align with project objectives. Working alongside senior engineers and project leads, you'll develop your electrical expertise across a varied mix of sectors and gain confidence to take on greater responsibility as your career progresses.
DUTIES.
- Design of electrical services including power, lighting, communications, and security systems.
- Conduct maximum demand calculations, cable sizing, and lighting calculations
- Attend site inspections as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Previous building services experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with relevant software including AGI32 and DIALUX
