As an Engineer - Asset Maintenance, you will be responsible for providing effective project management and site representation across a range of civil maintenance projects, including direct management of contract works, and providing support to Project Managers in daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, organising resources, and tracking project progress.
DUTIES
- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
- Undertake routine monitoring of technical, quality, environment and WHS compliance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments
- Identify potential project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in local government preferred
- General Construction Induction Card (white card)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
