ABOUT THE POSITION.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Environmental consultant to work on a variety of impactful projects across the environmental sector. In this role, you will offer technical guidance and support to clients and meet environmental regulations while addressing sustainability goals. DUTIES.
- Conduct Preliminary Site Inspections (PSI) and Detailed Site Inspections (DSI)
- Managing and mentoring junior consultant
- Conduct validation to confirm remedial success and regulatory compliance
- Coordinating with clients, builders and other stakeholders
- Delivering environmental contamination and remediation reports
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or similar field.
- Proven experience in environmental consultancy or similar
- Ability to manage on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- License Asbestos Awareness (LAA) will be preferred but not essential
- Strong written or verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management skills
