ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing tender submissions, estimating costs, and supporting the delivery of winning bids. You will receive structured guidance and support, playing a key role in securing projects and contributing to the company’s ongoing growth. This role is well-suited to an Estimator seeking accelerated career development and progression.
DUTIES.
- Prepare tender submissions
- Estimate projects and develop cost plans
- Prepare scopes of work and BOQs
- Manage subcontractor negotiations
- Assist with pre-tender planning
- Collaborate with the team on project programming
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Demonstrated success in winning commercial fitout and refurbishment projects as an Estimator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and detail-focused approach
