Based in Western Sydney, this well-established firm delivers innovative design and engineering solutions in delivering projects in high-rise residential, commercial, education, retail, and other specialised projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimator to join the estimating team to hit the ground running!
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an estimator, you will play a crucial role in tendering for complex and multistorey projects. You will be report to the Director and managing tenders from start to finish. DUTIES.
- Prepare tenders, take-offs, and accurate cost estimates
- Review supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive proposals
- Liaise and collaborate with Tier 1 clients, suppliers, and project managers to develop project budgets
- Monitor, track, and document project costs
- Ensure compliance with high-standard tender processes and assist in bid presentations
- Bachelor's of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in post-tension concrete
- Proven estimating experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Established business relationships with Tier 1 companies
