ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in preparing cost plans, managing tender submissions, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This position offers genuine career progression, strong leadership support, and the chance to work on projects that make a meaningful impact across multiple industries.

DUTIES
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Review and interpret drawings and project documentation
  • Lead negotiations throughout the tender process
  • Prepare and finalise competitive tender submissions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Proven track record in successfully securing commercial projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
