Due to continued growth and project wins, they are seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their high performing team within Sydney, NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Manager you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and liaising with key stakeholders. This is a role with clear potential for advancement, offering strong support and the opportunity to contribute to projects that deliver real community impact. This role would be best suited to someone seeking a pathway into Estimating Manager.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans
- Negotiation
- Prepare tender submissions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
- Demonstrated ability to win commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly ambitious and seeking progression
