Advance your career as an Experienced Architectural Graduate by a well-established Sydney based Architecture studio experiencing sustained growth. Step into a mid-level role where you’ll be guided and supported by a team of highly talented and skilled senior Architects, Associates and Directors. You will be taking on a leadership role on a range of multi-residential and mixed-use developments. This is a hands-on role where your expertise and prior experience will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.
DUTIES.
- Assist in the production of DA and CC documentation packages across a diverse portfolio of landmark Australian projects
- Take on a project lead role, autonomously delivering multi-residential projects under the guidance of a Project Architect and Associate
- Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details
- Coordinate with consultants and liaise with clients
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must (professional use of ArchiCAD)
- Strong understanding of BCA and ADG
- Proven years of local in-studio experience (5 + years) required with multi-residential, mixed use and/or commercial project experience
