ABOUT THE POSITION.
My client is seeking a devoted Façade Engineer to join the team and help manage the delivery of complex façade projects. You will be collaborating with architects, builders and engineers. Key responsibilities include preparing F3P1 reports, drafting aluminium and glass façade systems such as windows, shopfronts, curtain walls, and cladding. DUTIES.
- Prepare Waterproofing and F3P1 reports and thermal analysis
- Draft aluminium and glass façade systems, including windows, shopfronts, curtain walls, and cladding
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and engineers to align designs with project specifications
- Support the design and documentation of bespoke, architecturally driven projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience in façade engineering, including aluminium and glass systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Strand7, REVIT, THERM, WINDOW, CHECKWIND, or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation
