ABOUT THE ROLE.
An initial 3-month contract to cover for employees on leave. Please be advised that you will be required to cover both morning and evening shifts. You will work alongside an established team to partner with retailers, internal Council officials and external sub-contractors to carry out facilities maintenance works.
Experience in trades is highly desired - minor trades works may be required to be fulfilled by the successful candidate.
DUTIES.
- General facilities and property management
- Scheduling responsibilities online and on Council's BMS
- Regular site inspections
- Liaising with retailers regarding maintenance on buildings
- Ad-hoc trades duties: minor repairs, replacement of light-bulbs, minor paint jobs, etc.)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience in a facilities or property management role
- General trades experience is highly preferred
- Proficient with technology and systems mandatory
- Local Council experience is highly regarded

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS.
- $43 - $48 p/h + Superannuation
