THE ROLE.
In this position as a Fire Protection Engineer, you’ll design and review fire safety systems that comply with current regulations and meet client requirements. You’ll be involved from initial concept through to project completion, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical skills, take ownership of projects, and work on a diverse range of challenging assignments all within a supportive, collaborative team.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Conduct fire engineering analysis, calculations and modelling
- Develop fire strategies and solutions to comply with industry standards
- Develop fire safety engineering performance solution reports
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to create fire safety solutions
- Chartered Professional Engineer status would be ideal but not essential
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commercial experience is highly advantageous
