ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Fire Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the design of wet and dry fire systems across a diverse range of projects including health, commercial, residential, defence and aged care sectors. The role involves developing compliant, well-coordinated designs and collaborating closely with project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
DUTIES.
- Design and documentation of fire services including hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers and dry fire systems
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Provide technical expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards and relevant regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
- FPAS accreditation and DBP (preferred, not essential)
- Proficiency using Revit and Bluebeam
- Demonstrated local experience within the building services industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
