ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Fire Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the design of wet and dry fire systems across a diverse range of projects including health, commercial, residential, defence and aged care sectors. The role involves developing compliant, well-coordinated designs and collaborating closely with project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

DUTIES.
  • Design and documentation of fire services including hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers and dry fire systems
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide technical expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards and relevant regulations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
  • FPAS accreditation and DBP (preferred, not essential)
  • Proficiency using Revit and Bluebeam
  • Demonstrated local experience within the building services industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
