This reputable and well-established consultancy is seeking a Fire Safety Section Manager to spearhead their Fire Safety division. This is a leadership role, overseeing a diverse portfolio of medium to large-scale projects, including commercial, healthcare, education, defence and residential sectors.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Lead the Fire Safety division and play a key role in shaping the team’s direction. You will be responsible for expanding and guiding a high-performing team of fire safety engineers, driving technical excellence across all projects. Working closely with the Fire Services Director, you will contribute to strategic planning, resource development and multi-disciplinary collaboration to deliver fire safety solutions across a diverse project portfolio.
DUTIES.
- Lead and expand the Fire Safety Engineering team
- Provide technical oversight and guidance across projects
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities
- Support business development activities, nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Relevant qualification in Fire Safety Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience managing client relationships within a Building Services environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- NSW Fire Safety Certification
