ABOUT THE POSITION.
We’re looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on-site. This is a DIDO role, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You’ll play a key part in ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained while helping deliver projects on time and to spec.
DUTIES.
- Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors on-site
- Enforcing site safety standards and leading toolbox talks
- Monitoring progress to meet key deadlines and milestones
- Supporting quality assurance and ensuring works meet technical specs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Hands-on experience delivering civil works on substation projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and specifications
- Ability to lead subcontractors and keep work progressing on schedule
- Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
