This business has a strong pipeline of projects and is looking to keep growing the business. As such, they are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to start immediately.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Foreman, you will manage high-end fitout and refurb projects spanning up to $20M in project value across Sydney. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, and Leading Hand. This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career defining role that will propel them in their industry with exposure to high-end bespoke projects predominately across Sydney's metro area.
DUTIES.
- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction program scheduling
- Sub-contractor Management
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favourable
- Commercial experience highly favourable but not essential
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
