ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position is looking for an experienced Foreman to lead a dedicated and skilled team to cover all aspects of Civil Engineering and Construction Management. You will be managing the clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are done in a timely manner.
DUTIES.
- Coordinate team productively
- Oversee and communicate with site workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Toolbox talks
- Plan and organise tasks to keep the project on schedule
- Work with the office team regarding contract terms
- Ensure staff comply with work standards
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction would be highly advantageous
- Experience in working on earthworks, roadworks, or bridges
- Have managed projects on a similar scale
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
