Specialising in high-end projects, they provide exceptional support to their established team, ensuring outstanding results. Having secured an exciting high-rise multi-residential project with a well-known repeat client, we are seeking to employ an ambitious and skilled Foreman to oversee the delivery of an exciting multi residential project from start to finish in Canberra.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role, working closely with the Site and Project Manager to ensure projects across Canberra are delivered on schedule. You will take charge of the site team, driving all operations to be carried out effectively, safely, and within budget, while upholding exceptional standards of workmanship and quality throughout every stage of the build. You will initially begin work on a multi-residential project valued at $50M+ in Canberra.

DUTIES.
  • Manage time, cost, quality of project
  • Methodology & Programming  
  • Day-to-day project team management & WHS
  • Effective management of site teams and subcontractors
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven record as a Foreman delivering high-rise projects valued at $10M+
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Strong communication skills to ensure the team works efficiently
