About the Role.
This company is seeking to employ a skilled Foreman looking to take that next step in their career. As a Foreman you will work directly with a Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of various projects across Canberra. You will have a strong focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislations and delivered on time. This position allows you to take ownership of high-end commercial projects with great career progression opportunities.
Duties.
- Subcontractor and client management
- Toolbox talks/pre-starts
- WHS and QA
- Site inductions
- Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesively
- Ability to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractors
- Demonstrated project experience above $20M
