They specialise in delivering complex civil projects for both public and private sector clients, typically valued between $20M and $30M. With an active pipeline of upcoming road projects, they’ve created a new permanent role to support the increasing workload.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
The company is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will ensure safety compliance, maintain high-quality standards, and help deliver projects on time and within scope.
DUTIES.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on-site
- Enforcing safety standards and running toolbox talks
- Monitoring project progress to meet deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience on roadwork projects of a similar size
- Solid understanding of Transport specifications
- Ability to manage subcontractor performance and project schedules
- Experience overseeing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
