ABOUT THE POSITION.
This business is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a solid background in roadworks. Based in Western Sydney and reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day to day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance standards are met at every stage and driving project delivery to program. DUTIES.
- Day to day on site management and direction of subcontractors
- Ensuring full compliance with project specifications and standards
- Overseeing OH&S across all site activities
- Conducting regular toolbox meetings
- Managing material stock levels and site resources
- Keeping projects on track and delivered to program
- Extensive experience delivering roadwork projects in NSW
- Strong working knowledge of technical specifications and documentation requirements
- Proven ability to manage subcontractor performance on live road environments
- Track record of delivering civil roadwork end to end
