ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Foreman/Site Manager, you will lead commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and shopfitting projects valued over $500K, working closely with a well-supported delivery team. You will manage the day-to-day operations on-site, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure project delivery aligns with expectations around WHS, quality, and program milestones, backed by a strong project team. This role suits a hands-on Foreman/Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing detailed commercial interiors projects throughout Sydney.
DUTIES
- Oversee daily on-site construction and fit-out / shop fitting activities
- Ensure all works comply with WHS legislation and internal safety processes
- Manage short- and long-term construction programs
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Maintain compliance and high-quality workmanship throughout delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar
- Proven commercial / shop fitting site management experience on projects $500K +
- Demonstrated employment stability and reliable track record
- Commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and shopfitting experience is essential
