Backed by a history of successful project delivery and long-standing industry relationships, they are now seeking an experienced General Foreman to assist in the delivery of a high-end commercial School Infrastructure project valued at over $60M in Sydney, NSW.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Your position will report directly to a Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity. You will be responsible for ensuring the site is running in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Director, Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets. This project is very well resourced with highly skilled professionals in the industry.
DUTIES
- Oversee day-to-day running of project site
- WHS management and compliance
- Subcontractor management and programme management
- Structures, finishes & fit-out focused (end to end)
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more
- Trade qualification
- Demonstrated project experience on commercial new build projects over $20M
- Showcase a strong track record with previous employers
