ABOUT THE POSITION.

Join the team as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer in their Sydney team. This is a full‑time, entry‑level role where you'll be integrated into a supportive and development‑focused environment, working on diverse projects ranging from residential and infrastructure to forensic geotechnical analysis.
  

DUTIES.
  • Assist with site investigations, including planning, fieldwork, sampling, and data acquisition
  • Support geotechnical analysis and reporting, including slope stability, retention systems, and lot/site classification
  • Contribute to ground modelling and technical interpretations under guidance from senior staff
  • Be involved in construction support and project monitoring activities
  • Assist in preparing documentation for forensic investigations and expert reports
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • A completed degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Geology
  • Strong grasp of geotechnical fundamentals and interest in real‑world application
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technical software tools (e.g., Plaxis, gINT, Slope/W, Slide, slope stability modelling tools) is a plus, though not essential
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices
  • A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and engage with complex geotechnical challenges
