ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Lower North Shore Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources function of Council.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
A new position. Initial 3 - month contract – part time (3 days a week, 21 hours p/w), with potential for extension. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner Lead and BP's across the team, managing general administrative duties and demonstrating a high level of customer service across Council and for external stakeholders. Exciting projects upcoming for you to play a key role in.
DUTIES.
- Undertaking all general admin functions to support Business Partners
- Records management using ECM document management system
- Generating reports and providing report/data analysis utilising TechOne and Excel
- Planning and organising logistics for conferences, workshops, meetings, interviews, catering, procurement and more
- Accounts administration: preparing purchase orders and monthly reconciliations of credit card statements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous HR experience and/or knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude/demeanour
- Strong work ethic and capabilities to remain focused in a repetitive work environment
REMUNERATION.
$48 p/h + Superannuation
