ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this position you will play an important role in the long-term growth and success of our team. Working alongside our highly experienced Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for completing and taking ownership of a number of key HR-related tasks across the business.

DUTIES.
  • Internal recruitment
  • Set up, onboard, and induct new employees
  • Employee training and development
  • Update and issue internal contracts
  • Develop and update internal HR systems and policies
  • Implement company performance management systems
  • Prepare and execute HR related initiatives
  • Supplier management
  • General ad hoc HR tasks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous experience completing HR related duties is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • A hardworking and committed individual with a great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills
