Our Client is a highly reputed Civil Contractor based in Western Sydney. As a leader of the industry for now over half a century, your organisation specialises in major bulk earthworks, controlled filling and remediation projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Your role as a HR Manager is to provide strategic leadership and advice to the Executive Team. You will be supporting an organisation of 150 personnel with all ER and IR matters. Previous experience working for a Civil Contractor and developing new systems, policies and procedures will be required in this position.
DUTIES.
- Develop & implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Awards, EBA's (negotiations) and Fair Work Legislation
- Handling all performance, conduct & grievance matters
- Assist in recruitment strategies & execution
- General ER matters
- Remuneration/benefits & training/development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role
- Experience working for a Civil Contractor
- Experience in industrial relations matters
REMUNERATION.
$130,000 - $140,000 + Superannuation (Negotiable)
