ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client based on the Lower North Shore, Sydney is looking for a motivated HR Officer to support a range of people and recruitment initiatives within Council. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to positive community outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend. In this role, you will support Council across a range of HR activities, including preparing position descriptions, assisting with restructure and recruitment documentation, and supporting end-to-end recruitment in partnership with business partners and managers.
DUTIES.
- Support day-to-day HR functions
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and staff
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Relevant HR or recruitment experience highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills
- Quick learner and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
REMUNERATIONs & BENEFITS.
- $45-$55 p/h + Super
- Healthy work life balance - 35 hour work week
