Western Sydney Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR & TA Officer to play a pivotal role in the administrative operations of the team. Join a close-knit, collaborative HR/TA team that offers growth opportunities.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Initial 3-month contract with view for ongoing extensions. You will support your team on the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and perform an array of HR & TA duties. Experience using TRIM & TechOne will be highly regarded.
DUTIES.
- Support recruitment for a variety of Council positions
- Prepare employment contracts and contract extensions
- Coordinate effective communication between Council leaders & external stakeholders
- Provide advice on sound HR & TA matters
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Experience in a similar HR or Recruitment administrative position
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Experience using TRIM and TechOne (desirable)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
REMUNERATION.
- $42 - $45 p/h + Super
