ABOUT THE POSITION.

Working closely with the BIM Lead, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop accurate, detailed and coordinated hydraulic models. You will play an important role in ensuring hydraulic services are effectively integrated with the wider building design, while maintaining high standards of quality, coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES.
  • Develop accurate, structured and coordinated hydraulic models in accordance with project requirements
  • Produce high-quality hydraulic services models and documentation using Revit
  • Coordinate hydraulic services with architectural, structural and other building services disciplines
  • Identify and resolve modelling, coordination and spatial issues to support efficient project delivery
  • Ensure models and documentation comply with relevant Australian codes, standards and project specifications
  • Work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate and coordinated design outcomes
  • Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to project deliverables and successful project outcomes
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven capability utilising Revit on local building services projects
  • Good understanding of Australian building codes, standards and industry practices
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
