ABOUT THE POSITION.

Advance your career as a project lead by joining one of Australia’s most respected studios experiencing sustained growth. Step into a role where you’ll lead the design and delivery of a range of class 1 projects. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes. You will also be exposed to large-scale class 2 projects from time to time. Also, work dually on the interiors of class 1 projects. 

DUTIES, 
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of class 1 and class 2 projects 
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Managing both Development Applications and Construction Documentation packages
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture and/or Interior design 
  • Proven experience managing Class 1 projects across DA, CC and/or CDC stages
  • Strong competency in Revit
  • Excellent understanding of Australian Building codes
