This vacancy has come as a result of the company securing a healthy number of exciting projects valued up to $50M with an ongoing pipeline of works.
ABOUT THE POSITION .
Your position will report directly to a Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity whilst being supported by a team. You’ll collaborate with both site and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across various sectors, from early design through to project completion. As the Junior Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site is managed in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.
DUTIES.
- Oversee day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Reviewing defects and completing weekly reports
- Trade qualification highly preferable
- Demonstrated project experience on multi-residential and/or commercial projects
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
