Backed by long-term client relationships and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they’re now seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support delivery across NSW. If you are looking for the next step in your career, and have aspirations to progress into a fully fledged commercial Project Manager, then this could be the role for you. 

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and experienced site teams. You will help oversee the full project lifecycle, from early planning through to handover across multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging between $2M–$20M. You will be client-facing and play a key role in driving quality, time, and budget outcomes while learning and growing within a supportive, team-first culture. 

DUTIES
  • Subcontractor and consultant coordination
  • Managing procurement processes
  • Assisting with programming and scheduling
  • Tracking variations and cost control
  • Supporting design development and approvals
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar preferred
  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Junior PM on commercial projects
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A history of career stability and commitment
