With strong client relationships and a promising pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an ambitious Junior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of some upcoming high-profile projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Junior Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and play a key role in the coordination and delivery of projects up to $10M. Working closely with both site and project teams, you will take ownership across programme management, subcontractor coordination, client liaison, site supervision, and project administration, while driving projects through all stages from design to completion to ensure smooth delivery, compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

- Manage time, cost, quality of project
- Methodology & Programming
- Project Team Management & WHS
- Effective management of site teams and subcontractors
- Report project progress to the Construction Manager
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Proven exposure in Site Supervision, Project Coordination, Contracts Administration or similar on commercial projects
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
