As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven Junior Project Manager or Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a newly created role due to internal promotion and would be perfect for a Contracts Administrator who is ready to take a step up into a Junior Project Manager/Project Manager role. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $2M to $15M.
DUTIES
- End-to-end project delivery
- Project team management
- Budget control and compliance
- Client relationship management
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Junior Project Manager or in a similar delivery role on commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
- Ability to manage high-end fitout and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
