This highly respected commercial construction company is a market leader in premium fitout and refurbishment projects across NSW, delivering high end projects valued up to $15M. With a reputation for excellence in the commercial construction industry the firm is known for its consistent quality, long-standing client relationships, and a robust project pipeline. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven Junior Project Manager or Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. Take on a leadership role and contribute to some of NSW’s most exciting fitout and refurbishment work.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a newly created role due to internal promotion and would be perfect for a Contracts Administrator who is ready to take a step up into a Junior Project Manager/Project Manager role. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $2M to $15M.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Junior Project Manager or in a similar delivery role on commercial fitout and refurbishment projects 
  • Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
  • Ability to manage high-end fitout and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
