ABOUT THE POSITON.
  
This is an opportunity for an Junior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.
   
DUTIES.
  • Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
  • Create procurement and contract advice.
  • Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
  • Assist with projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience working with CostX is desirable.
