Due to their expanding project pipeline, they are seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to develop their technical capabilities and gain exposure to large-scale projects while working alongside highly experienced professionals.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Consultants to support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You will gain hands-on experience across cost planning, measurement, procurement and contract administration while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to establish a long-term career within a highly respected consultancy environment.

DUTIES.
  • Assist with measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities
  • Support tendering and procurement processes
  • Assist with variations, progress claims and financial reporting
  • Conduct contract administration support services
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Attend site inspections and project meetings
  • Work collaboratively with the senior team to ensure project deadlines and budgets are achieved
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
  • 2-5 years of quantity surveying experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
