Having secured a strong pipeline of new projects, we are seeking to employ an ambitious Building Cadet to develop their skills and grow within the company delivering a $20M commercial project in Nowra NSW.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Leading Hand you will provide support assisting in all areas of the project from start to finish on site. This is a great opportunity allowing you to gain an understanding of the full end to end project management process and work within a high-functioning delivery team. The Leading Hand will be required to organise site access and schedule work accordingly. This is a great opportunity to work within a team of industry professionals who will provide you with invaluable experience and mentorship.
DUTIES.
- Provide support to delivery team
- WHS Compliance
- Liaise with contractors daily
- General site administration
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management Degree or equivalent trade apprenticeship would be preferable
- Must have a positive attitude and possess a willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
