ABOUT THE ROLE.
Lucrative opportunity for an experienced Managing Principal to be truly valued. You will be responsible for acquiring new projects for the studio, while working closely with the company directors to lead your project team. The role offers a high level of autonomy while representing the studio externally, and you will be rewarded with a bonus scheme based on the business you bring in.
DUTIES.
- Oversee major projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met
- Work closely with company directors to set business goals, develop strategic plans, and drive firm growth
- Closely manage and advise clients
- Acquire an array of new project opportunities in any sector
- 20+ years experience
- Proven experience leading a studio that generates over $50m dollars in revenue
- Previous Business Development experience essential
- Recent hands on experience not required
- Ability to manage and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
