ABOUT THE POSITION.

An exciting opportunity for a Mechanical BIM Modeller to join a growing building services consultancy. Working closely with experienced engineers and design teams, you will develop and coordinate detailed models across a diverse range of projects. This role is suited to someone looking to further develop their technical capability while being shaped into a future leader within the business. You will be supported in building both your technical expertise and broader project understanding within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

DUTIES.
  • Develop accurate and detailed models and documentation for mechanical services for residential, aged care and education projects
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects and other disciplines to resolve clashes
  • Ensure compliance with Australian codes and standards
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Proficiency in relevant software including Revit, AutoCad and Navisworks
  • Previous local project experience within a building services consultancy environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
