ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive Building Services team, contributing to the design, documentation, and coordination of mechanical systems across a variety of projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers who will provide mentorship and guidance to help you develop your technical expertise, take on increasing responsibility, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient building services solutions.
DUTIES.
- Design HVAC systems for Building Services projects
- Perform calculations including heat loads, pipe sizing and duct sizing
- Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal engineers and drafters
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency with Revit, Camel and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Australian codes and standards
