ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this Mechanical Revit Modeler role, you’ll contribute directly to the delivery of complex building projects by developing precise, well-coordinated 3D mechanical models. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of engineers and designers, ensuring your models integrate seamlessly with other building services. DUTIES.
- Model and draft mechanical systems for building services projects
- Coordinate design and documentation with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Perform mechanical calculations to support system design and compliance
- Previous project experience within Building Services
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication
