ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this Mechanical Revit Modeler role, you’ll contribute directly to the delivery of complex building projects by developing precise, well-coordinated 3D mechanical models. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of engineers and designers, ensuring your models integrate seamlessly with other building services. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your project exposure, enhance your Revit capability, and be part of a team that values quality and continuous improvement.

DUTIES.
  • Model and draft mechanical systems for building services projects
  • Coordinate design and documentation with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Perform mechanical calculations to support system design and compliance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous project experience within Building Services
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
