ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Mechanical Revit Modeler, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of detailed, fully coordinated mechanical models across a range of complex building projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and fellow designers, you’ll ensure seamless integration with other building services disciplines. This role provides excellent exposure to diverse projects, ongoing development of your Revit skills, and the opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

DUTIES.
  • Model and draft mechanical systems for building services projects
  • Coordinate design and documentation with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Perform mechanical calculations to support system design and compliance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous project experience within Building Services
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
