ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of building services projects while playing a key role in team development and project execution. You'll provide hands-on mentorship to your engineers, manage delivery timelines, and collaborate closely with project directors to maintain technical quality and exceed client expectations. DUTIES.
- Lead and manage the mechanical team
- Oversee project delivery from concept to completion
- Drive quality assurance and consistency across documentation and deliverables
- Support project teams with technical input, calculations, and reporting
- Communicate with external stakeholders across all disciplines
- Contribute to fee proposals, resource planning and project strategy
- Oversee staff performance, technical development and mentorship
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a team in a building services environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
