ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of building services projects while playing a key role in team development and project execution. You'll provide hands-on mentorship to your engineers, manage delivery timelines, and collaborate closely with project directors to maintain technical quality and exceed client expectations. This is an opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives on empowering others, driving performance, and staying actively engaged in the day-to-day dynamics of project teams.

DUTIES.
  • Lead and manage the mechanical team
  • Oversee project delivery from concept to completion
  • Drive quality assurance and consistency across documentation and deliverables
  • Support project teams with technical input, calculations, and reporting
  • Communicate with external stakeholders across all disciplines
  • Contribute to fee proposals, resource planning and project strategy
  • Oversee staff performance, technical development and mentorship
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a team in a building services environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
