ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a Supervisor with experience in road maintenance who is comfortable working predominantly night shift. This role suits someone who enjoys a steady routine, clearer work zones and less traffic disruption. You’ll coordinate crews, work with subcontractors and traffic control, and maintain clear communication with clients.
DUTIES.
• Lead and supervise night shift operations
• Plan work activities and organise crews, subcontractors and traffic control
• Maintain professional and positive client communication
• Complete site diaries and general paperwork
• Assist with work programming to keep progress on track
• Organise subcontractors and site teams efficiently
• Ensure OHS standards and company procedures are followed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
• Previous experience in road maintenance works
• Understanding of TfNSW specifications
• Comfortable working night shift on a consistent basis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident leadership and people management ability
