Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their Sydney team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to day operations of the office with occasional marketing tasks. This position involves managing office operations, supporting projects, and assisting with marketing and company events.

DUTIES
  • Manage reception, phone calls, and emails
  • Handle office ordering and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with invoicing and direct to the right team
  • Maintain office spaces, including kitchens
  • Organise company functions and events
  • Attend marketing events, capture photos, and share content

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • General operations/admin experience
  • Experience within Construction or Commercial Fit-out is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of office management and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive can-do attitude
