ABOUT THE COMPANY

This highly regarded, top-tier builder has a strong presence across Sydney and is known for delivering exceptional New Build and Fit-Out construction projects. With a stellar reputation in the commercial, retail, industrial, school infrastructure, and government sectors, the company has secured a diverse portfolio of exciting works. Backed by a history of successful project delivery and long-standing industry relationships, the company is now seeking an Office Coordinator. This position will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day tasks within the company. The company is based near Randwick.


ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a part-time Office Coordinator, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexible hours available, for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a key administrative support role, with occasional marketing tasks. This position involves managing office operations, supporting projects, and assisting with marketing and company events.


DUTIES
  • Manage reception, phone calls, and emails
  • Handle office ordering and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with invoicing and direct to the right team
  • Maintain office spaces, including kitchens
  • Organise company functions and events
  • Attend marketing events, capture photos, and share content
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • General operations/admin experience in construction 
  • Knowledge of office management and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive can-do attitude 

REMUNERATION.
  
$60,000k incl. Super (negotiable) - based on 4 days per week
