Backed by a history of successful project delivery and long-standing industry relationships, the company is now seeking an Office Coordinator. This position will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day tasks within the company. The company is based near Randwick.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a part-time Office Coordinator, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexible hours available, for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a key administrative support role, with occasional marketing tasks. This position involves managing office operations, supporting projects, and assisting with marketing and company events.
DUTIES
- Manage reception, phone calls, and emails
- Handle office ordering and day-to-day operations
- Assist with invoicing and direct to the right team
- Maintain office spaces, including kitchens
- Organise company functions and events
- Attend marketing events, capture photos, and share content
- General operations/admin experience in construction
- Knowledge of office management and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
REMUNERATION.
$60,000k incl. Super (negotiable) - based on 4 days per week
