ABOUT THE POSITION
Permanent Full-Time Opportunity. This is a hands-on Office Coordinator position suited to a proactive, self-motivated individual ready to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and help drive the growth and efficiency of the business.
You’ll play a key role in supporting projects, streamlining office operations, and contributing to marketing and events, with strong opportunities to develop and progress your career within an operations-focused pathway.
DUTIES
Take ownership of general office functions in this all-rounder role:
- Manage reception, including all phone and email enquiries
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and workspace upkeep
- Handle invoicing and accounts administration tasks
- Coordinate company functions and events
- Support marketing events, capture photos, and share content
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support across all teams
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with office management and processes
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ideally has career aspirations to progress in an operations capacity
- $60,000k - $70,000k incl. Super (negotiable)
- Up to a 5 day work week
- Located in Sydney CBD
- Training and ongoing support provided
