ABOUT THE POSITION

Permanent Full-Time Opportunity.  This is a hands-on Office Coordinator position suited to a proactive, self-motivated individual ready to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and help drive the growth and efficiency of the business.
You’ll play a key role in supporting projects, streamlining office operations, and contributing to marketing and events, with strong opportunities to develop and progress your career within an operations-focused pathway.


DUTIES

Take ownership of general office functions in this all-rounder role:
  • Manage reception, including all phone and email enquiries
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and workspace upkeep
  • Handle invoicing and accounts administration tasks
  • Coordinate company functions and events
  • Support marketing events, capture photos, and share content
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support across all teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with office management and processes
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ideally has career aspirations to progress in an operations capacity

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
  • $60,000k - $70,000k incl. Super (negotiable)
  • Up to a 5 day work week
  • Located in Sydney CBD
