Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their Sydney team.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to day operations of the office. You will take full ownership of office management functions, driving efficiency across systems, processes, and administrative workflows while supporting senior leadership where required. This is a hand on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

DUTIES.
  • Oversee and maintain office systems, processes, and IT equipment
  • Coordinate and support marketing-related tasks
  • Manage document control and internal systems
  • Provide professional front-of-house support and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Assist the Director with inbox and diary coordination as required
  • Support the preparation of Capability Statements and submissions
  • Track and reconcile receipts for accounting and budgeting purposes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager role is essential
  • Experience within Construction or Commercial Fit-out is highly advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving capabilities
